2. What we collect
When you use the callback form on our website, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- your name and phone number
- your business name and email address, if you provide them
- the service you’re interested in and the best time to call you
- any details you include in your message about the premises to be cleaned
If you book a clean with us, we may also hold the premises address, access arrangements and payment records needed to deliver the service. Please don’t send us sensitive information (such as health details) through the form.
3. How we use it
- to call you back about your enquiry and prepare a quote
- to arrange, carry out and follow up on cleans you book
- to keep business and financial records we’re required to hold
- to keep our website secure and prevent spam submissions
We don’t sell your information, and we won’t send you marketing unless you’ve asked us to. You can opt out at any time.
4. Our lawful basis
We process your information because it’s needed to respond to your request and to take steps before entering into, or performing, a contract with you. Where we keep records for tax or accounting purposes, we do so to meet a legal obligation. Limited processing to keep our site secure is based on our legitimate interests.
5. Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and processes callback form submissions on our behalf
- our email provider, and accounting or payment providers if you become a customer
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement. We may also disclose information if required to by law.
6. How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a booking, we delete it within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you use our services and then for up to six years to meet tax and accounting requirements.

- ask us to correct information that’s inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information, or restrict how we use it
- object to our processing, and ask for your data in a portable format
